Job Responsibilities:
- Partners closely with manager to support chapter engagement and operations for 38 chapters.
- Performs advanced-level coordination and administrative duties that involve scheduling, planning, tracking, reporting, flawless coordination, and meticulous organization while using independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing and completing tasks on time. Leverage mastery of software tools and programs (Microsoft suite) to work efficiently and optimally manage work.
- Manages multiple administrative and operational projects simultaneously. Monitors and tracks project status for assigned projects. Assists with communications and scheduling.
- Maintain efficient and effective operational processes, procedures, and tools.
- Schedules meetings, prepares presentations/agendas, takes meeting notes, tracks and completes action items. Assists and leads meetings and strategic planning sessions; manages communications with Chapter leaders, councils, and submitted communications for chapter hosted initiatives.
- Assist in coaching and developing our Chapter Council leaders and members. Regularly collaborate, partner, and support teammates, cross-functional partners, and chapter leaders.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 years Business support experience managing and synchronizing various tasks efficiently; operations and administrative. (Required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote. (Required)
- 2 years Project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. (Preferred)
- 2 years experience crafting compelling and visually appealing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. (Preferred)
- 2 years experience collaborating with others.
