T-Mobile is looking for a dynamic Director of Product Management for the Wholesale line of business to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of T-Mobile's platform roadmap and product catalog. The integration of new third party partners onto T-Mobile’s network, and the ongoing delivery of capabilities and functionality are critical to continued success of the business. T-Mobile strives to continuously add customer value to its service through increased flexibility and scale of platform capabilities and expanded set of valuable services to complement provisioning and connectivity on the fastest and most reliable 5G network. This Director will lead teams in planning, development, and implementation of network and value-added services ensuring an industry leading customer experience through partner and vendor management to fulfill contract obligations related to billing and service performance and planning for adequate capacity to support the Wholesale business.

- Create, own, and lead a portfolio of impactful customer offerings through a lifecycle of envisioning, investing, and innovating.
- Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure product performance and drive innovation.
- Develop change management and communications plans, and implement initiatives connected with customer change initiatives.
- Regularly cascade vision, strategy, and goal-based communications from executive leadership to the team.

Base Pay Range : $185,600 - $251,000
Corporate Bonus Target : 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
