Job Overview
The Program Manager, Program Office is a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading the programs and projects that align with the company's digital transformation and customer experience goals. This role requires an innovative and self-motivated professional adept at managing ambiguity and independently delivering impactful results. They expertly apply program and project management methodologies to design solutions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. The Principal, Program Manager builds and fosters cross-functional relationships across Product, Technology, Marketing, Consumer and back-office teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes. Exceptional attention to detail and extensive wireless/technology background is critical to success.
This role is available at our Bellevue, WA, Frisco, TX and Overland Park, KS Headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and workback plans to meet strategic digital goals.
- Lead the creation, validation, and management of program requirements, ensuring alignment with customer and technical needs.
- Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) to monitor and address project risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to partners, translating complex program information into clear and actionable insights.
- Drive process improvements and implement standard methodologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years Proven ability to develop and manage program schedules, requirements, and reporting.
- 4-7 years 4-7 years of experience in program management, including cross-functional leadership and delivering customer-centric projects.
- Tool Management: Expertise in program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Analytics Strong analytical skills and ability to run RAID logs effectively.
- Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Progress: Demonstrated ability to build processes in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Influence and Negotiation: Proficiency in customer management and conflict resolution.
- Organization Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) Strongly Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Strongly Preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
