Advertising Solutions is T-Mobile’s fast-growing advertising technology business. The Sr Data Solutions Analysis Manager delivers actionable insights and helps leaders throughout the T-Ads business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and craft the long-term vision of using data to build capabilities that empower advertising partners. The primary objective of the Sr Data Solutions Analysis Manager is to identify, describe and prioritize opportunities for extracting value from T-Mobile's first party data. They will be responsible for defining and crafting Proof of Concept tests in the advertising market. They build advertiser-centric recommendations advised by analysis and good business insight with the goal of building sustained partnership. They lead collaborative efforts with various T-Mobile and T-Ads teams including sales, privacy, product and marketing teams in a heavily matrixed environment to tackle complex advertiser challenges and build incremental revenue opportunities through data. This role is also responsible for insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques including statistics, data science, data mining, machine learning and can fluently navigate tools like Tableau and Snowflake. They are comfortable acting as an internal data SME and as an external advocate for T-Ads data assets, capabilities and solutions for advertisers.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with various teams across T-Ads and T-Mobile to identify and leverage appropriate data-sets to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver value to advertisers.
- Serve as a key point of contact in advising and developing data and measurement solutions to drive advertiser capabilities and measure performance, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.
- Be responsible for and lead one or more proof-of-concept for new and emerging data-derived capabilities and solutions for advertisers inclusive of understanding markets.
- Apply data analytics and modeling capability to improve decision making across internal and external advertiser use cases. Present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
- Construct executive-level presentations and present sophisticated analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
- proven track record in Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.): Sophisticated analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred.
- Ability to be a phenomenal partner, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner at the executive level and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives.
- Outstanding at using multifaceted datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to maximize value creation and return on investment.
