Job Overview

The Senior User Experience Designer designs innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. A love for game design and game theory is a must to drive innovation in crafting immersive, engaging, and user-centric experiences. Responsible for core design deliverables including wireframes and mockups, they work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions. Job Responsibilities :

• Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with minimal oversight.
• Leads creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
• Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, create and execute with success while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solve cross-application design challenges.
• Contributes to high-level design strategy across the company
• Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.

Base Pay Range : $97,300 - $175,500Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
