The Senior Manager, Broadband Business Intelligence is responsible for leading a team of analysts who partner closely with the broadband marketing and commercial teams to provide key, actionable insights around the performance of the broadband business unit.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in analyzing the commercial impacts of marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate should have a curiosity for digging into detailed data to investigate the cross-channel implications of various marketing and commercial tactics, with the intent of surfacing insights to key leaders.

This role requires the creation of business or customer-centric solutions / approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will lead and provide guidance to the team responsible for generating performance insights, supporting short / medium duration analysis efforts and development of reporting interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized cross-functionally. This role presents advanced business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance.

This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities :

Create clear goals, structure and measurement rules for the Business Intelligence team to streamline processes and increase the workflow effectiveness and efficiencies

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify new business opportunities and / or partnerships. Provide related analyses and optimization plans

Architect data solutions to enable team and business success as a whole

Motivate and focus on people resources, lead the trainings for new hires and provide knowledge of business solutions / trends

Provide cross-channel sales performance insights with attribution back to marketing tactics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Expertise in technical tools (DataViz, SQL, automation, report / metric design, algorithms / modeling, cloud native systems for big data eg. AWS / GCP / Azure / Snowflake)

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans

Strategically minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company. Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and be able to determine next steps without specific direction, as well as to provide that direction to team members

Strong change management skills with the ability to communicate broadly to internal teams

Expert analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills

Extensive experience interacting with and presenting creative work to Sr leadership. Must demonstrate executive maturity and leadership skills and be able to clearly lead / guide creative across integrated teams and external partners.

Leadership capability in recruiting, retaining and developing a dynamic, high-performing team

Ability to influence peers, build trust and create strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals

Aptitude to analyze marketing tactic performance and provide actionable insights based on that analysis Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships, seamlessly translating requests and / or problem statements into executable action plans delivering business value.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, or a related field; or 7 years of related work experience. Master's / Advanced Degree preferred

7 years with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)

7 years in advanced analytics including SQL / ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research

2 years managing a team of data and analytics professionals

Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication skills to all levels of technical expertise

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range : $129,400 - $233,500 Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
