Job Overview
The Sr Product Manager, Technical is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of business and technology execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. No day is the same for the Sr Product Manager, Technical. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining long-term strategy, creating the portfolio team road map, partnering with development teams, project / program management, executive presentations, and supporting IT and Business leaders. You will have deep customer empathy, strategic thinking, commercial, analytical, and technical capability. You will possess leadership prowess to successfully deliver delightful and differentiated products that drive growth and positively impact customers' lives and have the ability to handle diverse day-to-day activities including market research, strategy definition, road map creation, and collaboration with various teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Partner cross-functionally across the enterprise to ensure T-Mobile IT Initiatives are successfully moving through the pipeline and delivering on enterprise objectives.
- Manage the flow of work into and within IT as part of the IT Portfolio Team.
- Be accountable, responsible, and have ownership of T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences.
- Identify the intersection of customer problems / unmet needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Secure funding and lead a cross-functional business and technical team, as well as key stakeholders, to deliver against opportunities.
- Conduct market research, define long-term strategy, create the portfolio team road map, and partner with development teams.
- Engage in project / program management, executive presentations, and support IT and Business leaders.

Base Pay Range : $130,900 - $236,200
Corporate Bonus Target : 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
