Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
- Advanced level understanding of customer experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams
- Solid understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development
- Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
- Experience with Agile backlog / project management tools
- Deep technical understanding of mobile app technologies and platforms as well as online and mobile advertising technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
- Experience in delivering large and complex business / technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify / analyze / synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
- Minimum requirement is in-office 3 days a week
