What It’s Like
The Critical Operations Reporting and Analytics (CORA) Team is responsible for leading data retrieval and analysis for internal groups within the operations organization. In this role, the candidate will be asked to build customer centric solutions and business approaches driven by data analysis, business insight, creativity, and effective communication. This position will participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across the team.
What You’ll Do
Duties include organizing and analyzing data points that help drive smart business decisions. The role is meant for the intellectually curious and it facilitates growth in scripting, query language, and presentation skills while honing the concepts of data science. You will have the opportunity to impact T-Mobile in areas such as business and statistical analysis, report generation and modeling. The intern will be engaged in migrating our core data into the industry standard Service Now tool as well as developing dashboards for our business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the analytics needs of the business by using data from various sources.
- Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to key business partners.
- Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design
- Create and present data visualizations to stakeholders using analysis of large data sets and business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to drive improved business methods.
- Scripting Languages - SQL, Python preferred
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Analytic Thinking
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
