What You’ll Do
You will play a pivotal role in supporting projects that advance ground breaking technologies like 5G and network evolution, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and machine learning for enhanced performance and efficiency. You will contribute to initiatives focused on optimizing network planning, automation, and data-driven decision-making, enabling the delivery of transformative user experiences. By supporting these innovative projects, you will have a direct impact on driving technological advancements and shaping the future of next-generation connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and strategists to support the development of innovative 5G technologies and solutions.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives focused on automating network planning, performance optimization, and predictive analytics.
- Gain hands-on experience with innovative tools and methodologies used in next-generation connectivity and technology development.
- Participate in multi-functional team discussions to help shape the future of advanced network solutions, with mentorship and guidance from industry leaders.
- Develop technical and professional skills while working on impactful projects that drive meaningful change in the technology landscape.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of 5G technologies, network principles, and AI/ML concepts. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems using data-driven approaches.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to collaborate across diverse teams and projects.
- Enthusiasm for cutting-edge technologies, AI-driven solutions, and shaping the future of connectivity.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
