T.P. Howard’s Concrete Division is looking for a Concrete Foreman to manage and maintain a concrete crew and projects. Must be able to manage task schedules and crews. Please have multiple years of concrete experience. We offer top pay plus full benefits as well as paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, utilizing construction management software for efficient tracking.
- Supervise and mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to upper management.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
Must have: excellent customer skills, neat appearance, strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
