Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, estimating, and working on large plumbing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, from initial estimate to completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of plumbing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion.
- Estimate plumbing costs and provide detailed quotes for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with other project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Review contracts and manage project documentation to ensure proper compliance and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management and estimating for plumbing or construction projects.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing.
- Experience with large industrial plumbing projects is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
- Housing compensation will be provided for hired candidates relocating to Asheville, NC.
