Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Time Keeping
- Collect, review and process labor and materials tickets daily for payroll and job costing.
- Work with various team members to gather correct information in a timely manner.
- Filing / Scanning
- Ensure documentation is organized and filed appropriately.
- Data entry
- Answer phones
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Willingness to learn and grow with a dedicated team.

- Basic office skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Software skills
- Telephone skills
- Typing and word processing skills
- Dependability and professional

Education and Experience Requirements:
