The Role
We are looking for a Senior PMO with extensive global/regional account experience to work as part of a multi-region, agency model for one of the world's biggest FMCG brands. You will have excellent client service skills as well as in-depth knowledge of project management processes and workflows, and the passion to drive forward best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns across a range of brands and markets. This role is critical to ensuring a strong connection from the global brand/agency teams to help produce brilliant work across multiple markets and will seamlessly activate our global network liaising with 9 individual global regions
Key Responsibilities
Network activation: Driving excellence in networked execution and co-creation of global platforms and briefs. Including, but not limited to:
Community: Fostering local & cultural nuances into global campaigns and rollout design.
Provide guidance to market teams in line with global objectives and OKRs.
Accountabilities
Work with markets to provide an early view of Global briefs (strategy, platform, launch dates etc), what market needs and commitment are, activation budget and flag local key nuances during development.
Create and manage brief reporting pre/during/post on global initiatives to provide project visibility to key global and market stakeholders.
Complete ownership, stewardship and project management of all co-created initiatives and assets between Global & markets and between markets also.
Ensuring the market shape process is set up for success; correct pre-work, right participation from global teams, outcomes and plans are visible.
Build a regularly engaged network community of market teams to drive the free flow of information, sharing and scaling of ideas.
Proactively search for ways our latest capabilities and platforms can be integrated into brief development
Host regular capability education and engagement sessions with brand teams (to ensure newest and best capabilities are top of mind).
Skills And Experience Required
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $135,000 to $150,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

- Extensive Account, project and program management experience.
- Skilled in management of global and regional businesses with a focus on fostering team integration and a partnership culture across internal and client teams as well
- Deep collaboration with diverse agency and client teams.
- Deep experience in development and leading integrated programs across multiple marketing disciplines: social, media, production, creative, digital etc.
- Background in agency ways of working; strategic and creative development, production, media and modern marketing.
