We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate concrete pumps safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to determine concrete delivery needs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of pumping equipment at job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including material usage and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly concrete pumps and loaders.
- Experience in commercial driving, with a valid commercial driver's license preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment is essential.
- Familiarity with dump trucks and other commercial vehicles used in construction is beneficial.
- Ability to pave and build effectively as part of a team-oriented environment.
