Compensation :

70,000 - $80,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

Client Needs Analysis : Engage with potential clients to assess their needs, life goals, and insurance requirements. Conduct thorough consultations to understand their specific circumstances and recommend tailored solutions

Presenting Insurance Options : Help clients understand their coverage options and benefits, enabling them to make informed decisions that best meet their financial security needs

Application and Documentation : Assist clients with the application process by guiding them through completing the necessary paperwork

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and regular check-ins

Sales and Performance Tracking : Actively pursue and follow up on leads provided, aiming to close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications :
