Wildlife Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform wildlife removal services, exclusions and inspections at customer locations
- Identify and assess pest problems, and determine appropriate treatment methods
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest and wildlife infestations
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Operate safely on ladders

Experience:
- Previous experience with wildlife or pest control or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, carpentry, welding or related fields is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell additional services or products

Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

-Hourly base pay plus percentage of revenue earned and commissions. High potential earnings. Paid time-off

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
