Oracle Cloud Engineer

T-Rex Solutions is looking to select an Oracle Cloud Engineer to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury's enterprise-wide infrastructure needs. The Oracle Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between various Oracle Cloud applications and systems. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Cloud integration technologies and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud integrations using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other relevant integration platforms.
• Configure and customize integration flows, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and support.
• Document integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud integration technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelors degree and four (4) years or more of professional experience or Masters Degree and two (2) or more years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud integration, specifically with OCI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle CX Cloud.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and Web Services.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle SOA Suite, or other integration platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS offerings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired:

• Professional cloud certifications
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures
• Familiarity with federal government compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, Cloud Smart Strategy, etc.)
• Active Treasury clearance preferred

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
