What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Retail Merchandiser position at T-ROC?
We’re looking for a night owl who loves working behind the scenes to make the magic happen. As an Overnight Merchandiser, you’ll organize shelves, set up displays, build fixtures and follow detailed plans to ensure the store is ready to impress every customer the moment the doors open!
What You’ll Do:
- Read, interpret, and execute schematics, plan-o-grams, and maps with precision.
- Build fixtures, set up displays, and make the store visually irresistible.
- Move shelves and keep aisles and displays tidy.
- Work with a team to transform the store while the world sleeps.
- Adapt and adjust as needed to create the best shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- You thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You’re comfortable building fixtures and displays with basic tools.
- You’re ready to work overnight shifts with energy and enthusiasm (typically 8-10 hours).
- Physical exertion (standing, pulling, pushing, kneeling, bending, stretching, lifting, etc.) will be required during the shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. if needed.
- Requires repetitive wrist, hand, and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity.
