Position Summary:

As our Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and operational success of multiple districts within an assigned region. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams to meet and exceed our company and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day execution of program objectives within the assigned region.
- Ensure all locations within the region meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor regional financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Implement operational best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct program required field visits to assess performance and provide on-the-ground leadership.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing field managers and field teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to field teams.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- Drive sales and performance initiatives to maximize revenue within the region.
- Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize program execution and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and action planning with teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relations and regional program execution.
- Conduct business reviews and provide updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and program enhancements.
- Responsible for completion and verification of I-9 forms for new hires, ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility regulations and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in multi-unit management or leadership roles in retail, sales, or field marketing.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving performance and driving results.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
