What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reset Travel Team position at T-ROC?
Position Summary :
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Retail Services Travel Reset Team working within convenience store chains. In this role, you will travel within a territory to convenience store locations to execute resets, update displays, and optimize product layouts according to company guidelines. This is a full-time position with 100% travel and requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of merchandising to enhance the in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel extensively to assigned convenience store locations to perform resets according to company standards.
- Interpret reset plans, planograms, and merchandising instructions to accurately organize products and displays on store shelves.
- Set up, adjust, and install shelves, fixtures, and product displays to meet company specifications and maximize space utilization.
- Ensure all displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing, with appropriate stock levels and product placement.
- Collaborate with store managers and other team members to ensure smooth, timely resets.
- Report any product or fixture issues, inventory discrepancies, or layout challenges to supervisor.
- Capture and submit before-and-after photos and reset completion reports for documentation and quality control.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment during all reset activities.
- Represent our company professionally in each store, building positive relationships with store managers and staff.
