Duties
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
- Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and fertilizing to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely for various tasks including digging, building hardscapes, and maintaining garden areas.
- Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as necessary to ensure the health of trees on client properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques, including experience with hardscape installations.
- Strong groundskeeping skills with the ability to dig and prepare soil for planting.
- Familiarity with operating power tools safely and effectively in various landscaping tasks.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices including fertilization, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to build structures such as garden beds or patios as part of landscaping projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong work ethic.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
