Purpose of Position: To continually evaluate project progress ensuring that Safety, Quality, Financial Goals and Schedules are maintained in accordance with company policies, standards, and the project contract. Schedule each job to be completed in a safe, timely and productive manner as possible to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers and the goals of the company, with the support of Senior Management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall safety, quality, productivity, and financial commitments of the project remain consistent with company policies & standards while maintaining project scheduling thru coordination with project Superintendent, other field leadership and Customer. Responsible for bringing projects from contract review & negotiation through punch list & closeout. All responsibilities should be completed without the need for heavy senior leadership oversight.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A high level of experience is required, no less than 2 years of combined experience as a Project Superintendent and/or Assistant Project Manager on projects within the Tilt-up, Cast-In-Place or Concrete Construction industry.
- Possess superior organizational, supervisory and communication skills.
- A self-starter that is a detail oriented, with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Must be capable to plan, identify/resolve potential problems and adapt quickly.
- Exceptional follow-up skills and required and the candidate must possess the ability to adapt to change.
- Communication skills include verbal and written abilities.
- Daily use of phone and email is required.
- Must have the ability to read/review/understand shop drawings and specification for all phases of construction related to our work.
- Computer skills required include the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Timberline Accounting and Estimating, the internet and familiarity with menus driven software.
- Must provide Certified Associate in Project Management, ACI Tilt-Up Technician, ACI Concrete Quality
- Technical Manager, and Leadership training certifications.
