What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee daily oilfield operations and crews
✔ Ensure safety, efficiency, and job completion
✔ Manage scheduling, equipment, and materials
✔ Communicate with management and clients
✔ Keep field operations running smoothly
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
✔ Strong understanding of oilfield operations, including maintenance, construction, and production workflows.
✔ Experience with production equipment, including separators, tanks, wellheads, and flow lines.
✔ Knowledge of oilfield production processes, including well testing, fluid handling, and artificial lift systems.
✔ Familiarity with regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA) and industry safety standards.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot production issues, coordinate repairs, and minimize downtime.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years of oilfield experience (2 years in a leadership role)
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Knowledge of oilfield maintenance, construction, and equipment
✔ Ability to lead crews and handle multiple job sites
✔ Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
