T&T Staffing, Inc. is seeking experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to join our team on a per-diem or contract basis.
As a Medical Surgical RN, you will provide top-notch patient care in an acute care setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment.
Your primary duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and preferences
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient goals and outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments, following established protocols and guidelines
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to physicians
- Coordinate care with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Chart patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records
Requirements:
- Current CA RN license and all required certifications
- Previous experience in acute care nursing, preferably in surgical or med-surg units
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment, including electronic health records and point-of-care devices
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams
