Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes or concerns to physicians.
- Operate and track medical equipment, including ventilators, IV pumps, and monitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current CA RN license and all required certifications.
- Previous experience in Acute Care nursing.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
