Job Description :
Process reports for assigned accounts
Responsible for accuracy of transcription, data identification, and completeness of report.
Performs quality control for reports
Responsibilities include proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation; verifying accuracy of information, data, and claims; communicating appropriately and effectively with other departments; and demonstrating problem-solving ability.
Review calendar dates and follow up with physicians regarding time frames and deadlines.
Communication with physicians for report completeness.
Works with different departments to obtain efficient report workflow.
view, and report feedback of assigned accounts.
Requirements :
Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill
Must be an effective communicator
Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, Share File, Google Calendar, others as needed)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual preferred
Workers Compensation / Medicolegal experience preferred
