We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation and Service Technician for our residential and commercial water purification system to provide our service by installation and repair. This role is critical in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and servicing of our water purification systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in water purification systems, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
[Key Responsibilities]
-Ensure efficient and high-quality work.
-Installation of water purification systems at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
-Provide hands-on support in complex installations and service calls when required.
-Maintain inventory of equipment and tools, ensuring the team is fully stocked for each job.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems in the field.
-Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed during installations and service activities.
-Maintain detailed records of installations, service calls, and repairs, and submit reports as required.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
[Qualifications]
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in water purification system installation, service, and maintenance.
-Strong knowledge of water purification systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
-Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed for installations and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
