Tasks/Aufgaben
Responsibilities:
Manages client relationships
Renew assigned accounts as required per internal guidelines (i.e. pricing approval process, contract reviews)
Develop scope of work and fee proposals
Responsible for retention of assigned account portfolio (target is 98%)
Responsible for revenue growth of assigned portfolio (target is 7%)
Responsible for new and additional sales (target is $1 million)
In combination with Business Development teams, foster a One TÜV SÜD commitment and support other business lines
Attending internal & external marketing functions as requested (i.e. RIMS)
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering is preferred and/or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5-year Experience In Property Insurance And/or Risk Engineering
Experience with Client Management systems (i.e. CRM)
Ability to work in a team environment
Evaluate and access potential problems on an overall account basis.

Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
