TÜV SÜD America is hiring for a Product Safety Engineer position in our Product Service division located in New Brighton, MN.
This is a full-time exempt opportunity that requires working independently and as part of a team to ensure compliance with international and national regulations.
The successful candidate will have experience in consumer product safety standards, medical standards being a plus, and a strong understanding of IEC and UL standards.
We are looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills, who can effectively interact with customers and communicate technical feedback.
A minimum of two years' experience in product regulatory affairs is required, and a university degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited program is preferred.
This role involves preparing technical reports, developing test plans, and setting up and operating standard test equipment.
