Our team at TÜV SÜD America is seeking a highly skilled Product Safety Specialist to join our Product Service division in New Brighton, MN.
This full-time exempt position involves inspecting, testing, and photographing products for conformity assessment using international and national regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We are looking for an individual with experience in IEC and UL standards, as well as knowledge of OSHA's NRTL program and the IECEE's CB Scheme.
A university degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited program is preferred.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all test documentation is completed accurately and on time.
You will also participate in customer meetings, maintain knowledge of the latest design theory, and stay up-to-date with current product standards and technology.
