Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough project estimations, analyzing production rates, crew size, and subcontractor management.
- Develop detailed budgets and manage NTP distributions, document coordination, schedule development, and kick-off meetings with superintendents.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings, risk assessments, and safety oversight to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage materials procurement, company equipment, tools, punch lists, paperwork, claims, and warranty processes efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably 10 years.
- Strong knowledge of project estimating, materials costing, and working with subcontractors.
- A valid state-issued driver's license for insurable driving purposes.
