T. Whitaker Painting is growing, and we are seeking a professional office assistant with basic office skills, MS Office proficiency, and a positive attitude. We are an established family-owned residential painting company. Our quality workmanship and customer service are the foundation of our business, and we provide a positive, hassle-fee experience from first contact with the office until the job is complete.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Scheduling
· Data tracking
· Office supply inventory and ordering
· Customer communication, verbal and written
· Posting on Social Media
Required Skills
· Minimum of 1 year office experience
· Computer proficiency: Mac preferred
· Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Friendly, service-oriented personality
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail
· Be coachable and willing to grow and learn new skills
· Database experience a plus
· High School diploma
· US work authorization
· Willing to submit to a background check and drug test
· Live in Southern Ocean County, preferably Little Egg Harbor area
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
