What Will You Be Doing?
As a T. Whitaker Care Consultant, you will be establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing accounts in our service areas. You are solely responsible for sales performance and customer relations and will utilize company tools and software to plan, monitor and meet your sales objectives.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
- Comfortable with in-home sales (3 years of experience preferred)
- Positive attitude

- Punctual/detail-oriented/strong follow-up skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High school or GED required
- Technology savvy
- Database experience a plus
Hours & Compensation
Monday-Friday. On-site sales located in our service area: Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic Counties
- Commission only
- Draw against 8% sales commission
- Vested healthcare bonus
- Extra 1% sales commission on labor when you surpass $1.2M in sales for the calendar year
