Shift: Flexible rotating shift (6am–2:30pm / 8am–4:30pm / 10am–6:30pm / 12pm–8:30pm); must be open to weekends, holidays, and overtime

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma/GED with lab experience, or Bachelor's degree with industry or academic lab experience
1 year of lab experience required
Required Skills:
Experience with aseptic or clean room environments
Basic lab operations including pipetting, buffer prep, dilution, filtration
Ability to comprehend and communicate technical procedures
Strong attention to safety and compliance
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Preferred Skills:
Biology or Chemistry background
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with poultry or vaccine-related lab processes
Responsibilities:
Support production operations in vaccine manufacturing
Clean and sterilize lab equipment and areas
Perform aseptic and non-aseptic lab tasks including formulation, filling, labeling, packaging, visual inspection
Maintain lab records and production logs
Support equipment setup, troubleshooting, and supply requisitioning
Participate in team training, SOP development, and technical documentation
Assist with hazardous waste handling and sample monitoring as required
Note: This is a 100% onsite role at Animal Health’s Millsboro site. Flexibility in shift work is essential.
