Position Overview:
T12 Technologies, LLC seeks a Junior Product Manager to join our team on a PRN (as-needed-to-full-time basis)to oversee the entire product lifecycle and ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and support product development efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and customer-focused and can drive product success through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Define and document product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
Product Development & Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to define product features, functionalities, and technical requirements. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy: Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Work with marketing teams to create product messaging, sales materials, and training resources. Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical/scientific field.
- Three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be considered in place of a degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and software lifecycle management.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of product management tools.
