ABOUT THE ROLE
This full-time position is located at our project site in Beaufort, SC. You'll be working on-site, leading your team from the early morning through the end of the workday, ensuring every aspect of the project is on track.
As our Civil Site Superintendent, your day starts early with a safety briefing to ensure everyone is prepared for the tasks ahead. You walk the site, inspecting ongoing work, and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. You monitor progress, address any issues promptly, and enforce safety regulations. By midday, you're reviewing blueprints and making sure all materials are in place. The afternoon involves conducting quality control checks and documenting daily logs. Your leadership ensures that each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR CIVIL SITE SUPERINTENDENT
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 6 years of civil construction experience
- Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) projects
- Valid driver's license with Real ID
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Heavy Jobs and Smart Sheets
