Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a passion for working outdoors.
Duties:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, mulching
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
- Use hand tools and power equipment to build and maintain landscape features
- Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from outdoor areas
- Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as walkways, patios and retaining walls & water features
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Plant knowledge
