Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Assistant to the CEO & Manager of Communications to join our growing team. This dual-role position is central to our operations, requiring expertise in project management, organizational leadership, marketing analytics and communications strategy and execution. You will serve as a key partner to the CEO, helping to manage Office of the CEO mission-critical assignments and initiatives, oversee PR and communications, support marketing implementation and brand management and drive press and market awareness and relationship alignment with our built environment fire safety and sustainable mission. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Co-Founder CEO in a dynamic, pioneering and entrepreneurial environment where your contributions will have a direct and lasting impact. As the company continues to expand, the role may evolve into a Chief of Staff and Director of Communications, offering opportunities for increased leadership and influence.
Core Responsibilities
Communications Leadership
• Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive communications strategy.
• Craft and manage high-quality written and visual content for press releases, speeches, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Represent T2EARTH® as the Director of Communications at events, with media outlets, and with industry influencers and partners.
• Enhance the company’s digital presence, including managing new website, social media platforms, YouTube channels, and other branded content.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics for all press, media, and marketing initiatives.
Project Planning, Implementation and Organizational Support
• Partner closely with the CEO to manage the execution of strategic plans and key company initiatives across departments.
• Provide project management and administrative support, including coordinating Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Investor Relations, and fundraising activities.
• Organize and track for the Office of the CEO the dashboarding and other KPIs performance and progress of operational and strategic plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely updates for the CEO.
Marketing and Branding
• Work closely with sales, business development and product innovation colleagues to create ingenious PR, marketing campaigns, brand materials, and branding strategies that enhance T2EARTH®’s differentiated messaging and align with its mission.
• Drive creative market insights and customer feedback research and execute multi-platform media strategies to identify opportunities and elevate brand visibility.
• Lead efforts to communicate T2EARTH®’s value proposition to target audiences and key stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in communications, public relations, branding, and marketing, combined with excellent project management and organizational expertise.Portfolio: Strong examples of written and visual content, media campaigns, and marketing initiatives showcasing creativity and impact.Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are highly valued.Skills: Exceptional leadership, project planning, problem resolution, organization, communication, press management and customer/market analytical capabilities.Mindset: Passion for getting it done, cool, calm, collected, excited to achieve built environment sustainability and alignment with T2EARTH®’s values of grit, integrity, positivity, and a commitment to driving societal impact.
Location
The role is based in the Greater New York City area with a hybrid work model that includes both remote and in-office responsibilities.
