Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be the key ambassador for T2EARTH®’s industry-disrupting OnWood® products, leading sales and relationship-building efforts across the strategically important Florida region. You will engage with distributors, dealers, brokers, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and architects to drive our groundbreaking product OnWood® eco-FRTW (Fire Retardant Treated Wood) awareness, specifications, and adoption.
Responsibilities
Sales & Market Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel, driving awareness and demand for OnWood® eco-FRTW.
Leverage industry leads to build outstanding long-term relationships and generate sales conversions.
Maintain accurate records and provide insightful feedback using T2EARTH’s CRM tools.
Account Management & Training:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Educate distributors and sales reps through joint field calls, product knowledge and training sessions.
Conduct product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing events.
Territory & Event Management:
Strategically manage the assigned territory for maximum market impact.
Conduct AIA CE courses and represent T2EARTH® at trade shows and industry events.
Provide OnWood® eco-FRTW field demonstrations and expert insights to customer support
Provide market insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Product & Compliance Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of OnWood® eco-FRTW’s performance, sustainability benefits, technical capabilities, and compliance with industry codes.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Support sales forecasting and channel development with the Chief Sales Officer.
Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims.
Regularly report sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
Identify and recommend strategic and tactical execution opportunities to your home team colleagues.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
5 years in consultative outside sales, preferably in building materials or construction.
Strong record of exceeding sales targets and growing territories.
Experience with distributors, dealers, builders, and architects is a plus.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong industry knowledge and sales acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and results-driven.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel up to 70% within the territory.
Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (plus commission and performance bonuses).
