We are excitedly seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician at our facility in Appling, GA. As a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician at T2Earth you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our industrial systems. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. This hands-on role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, performing preventative maintenance, and using diagnostic tools to resolve equipment malfunctions. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to optimize performance and minimize downtime while adhering to safety regulations. With a focus on excellence, you will contribute to the longterm reliability and operational success of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical Systems: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 480V electrical systems, including motors, control circuits, and panels.
- HMI Systems: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems to ensure optimal machine operation.
- Pneumatics: Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems, including valves, actuators, and compressors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with control room operators and engineers to resolve technical issues, optimize production processes, and enhance system performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure long-term reliability of machinery.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and system-related issues to minimize production downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance to ensure proper compliance and operational continuity.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while working in a high-performance industrial environment.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience with 480V electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs. o Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining HMI systems.
- Expertise in pneumatics, including diagnostic and repair skills.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PLC programming tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently. Commitment to adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, with hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
