Data Analyst

Summary
T2S Solutions (T2S) is currently seeking to hire a talented Data Analyst to join the Command-and-Control Cross Functional Team (C2-CFT). The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making process by analyzing large datasets, providing insights, and creating reports.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Data Cleaning: Clean and preprocess data for analysis
• Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis, trend, analysis, and predictive modeling
• Reporting: Create and maintain reports with dashboards using tools like Power Bi or any other Army provided tool
• Collaboration: Work closely with C2 CFT Staff and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights
• Documentation: Document analysis processes, methodologies and results. Provide support to C2-CFT Lead ORSA with collecting, processing and analyzing datasets for Army network performance, metrics, and supporting software. Provide support to other C2-CFT initiatives and attend key meetings in support of C2-CFT initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant data analysis experience required
• Current DoD security clearance required
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing network systems with hands-on experience in evaluating the performance of software and data-driven components
• Strong technical understanding of data flow, system interactions, and performance metrics, enabling effective problem-solving and data-driven decision making
• Working knowledge of network architecture and design with a focus on distributed systems and unique requirements of dislocated/distributed Army units
• General understanding of the Army acquisition process, with experience in evaluating and analyzing data related to procurement, system integration, and lifecycle management
• Able to apply data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure alignment
• Skilled in organizing and centralizing project information and related data using A365 capabilities ensuring data is stored in a clear, logical, and easily accessible format
• Experienced in utilizing tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and Teams to streamline collaboration, track project progress, and maintain data integrity for efficient analysis and decision-making

Compensation: 120-150k DOE
