We are seeking a talented and highly experienced NAVWAR Assessment Specialist in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). The JNWC is chartered to enable positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and NAVWAR superiority to the Department of Defense, Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, the Coalition and the Interagency.

Summary
We are seeking a talented and highly experienced NAVWAR Assessment Specialist in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). The JNWC is chartered to enable positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and NAVWAR superiority to the Department of Defense, Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, the Coalition and the Interagency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and route all documents required for JNWC assessments as well as create, maintain, and review event planning annexes and peripherals
- Create, maintain, and review event planning annexes and checklists
- Ensure JNWC assessments are conducted in accordance with local, state, & federal law
- Produce technical and non-technical reports on preliminary findings from assessments
- Maintain scenario plans for future assessment executions and utilize DoD assessment methodologies
- Exercise your understanding of PNT capabilities, technologies, and vulnerabilities to produce assessment planning, execution and reports
- Creates and presents documents and briefings for internal and external publication with data and input from team members, stakeholders, research sources, and other content providers
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field ) or related field and 7 years of directly related experience
- Clearance Required
- Understanding of DoD assessment methodologies
- Understanding of PNT capabilities, technologies, and vulnerabilities
- Design of Experiments experience highly desired
- Ability to work as a team and alone
- Detail oriented
