Summary
T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran owned small business, currently has an opening for a Senior Program System Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the navigation of the program through the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle.
- Assist in the management and enabling of all Systems Engineering and Technical Activities for the program.
- Provide strategic guidance on System Engineering aspects to the program
- Lead multi-faceted IPTs to solve complex system engineering problems
- Lead the development, documentation and implementation of robust system architectures
- Interact with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design
- Solving engineering problems (or managing the solution of engineering problems)
- Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
- Participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
- Derive from the system requirements an understanding of stakeholder needs, functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness
- Develop system design solution that satisfies the system requirements and fulfills the functional analysis
Qualifications and Skills
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Computer, Software or Engineering discipline
- Army, DoD, and/or C2C experience preferred
- 5 years of experience as a System Engineer
- Understanding of the DoD Program Acquisition Lifecycle
