In collaboration with our Marketing Team, you will identify, engage, and establish rapport with prospective customers in key B2B sectors, such as financial services or healthcare. What You Will Do
As an SDR, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and reaching out to new sales prospects
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Effectively communicating T3 Direct Marketing's value propositions to prospects
- Scheduling appointments for product demonstrations
- Contacting leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to arrange product demos
- Providing feedback to the Marketing Team on the quality and conversion of marketing-sourced leads
- Supporting the Account Executive team
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SDR to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience
- Strong negotiation skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and a track record of closing transactions with mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges, difficulties, and temporary setbacks
- Executive presence when working with senior leadership in the education or healthcare industries
- Extensive experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams, including product management, customer success, legal, finance, and marketing
- Nice to have: Demonstrated experience in developing innovative, strategic deals that align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences
