Job Title : Branch Manager - Full-Service Dealer (New & Used Equipment, Rentals)

Location : New Mexico

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team at a full-service dealership specializing in new and used equipment sales, rentals, and service. This position requires a strong background in managing operations related to air compressors, diesel generators, and equipment powered by Ingersoll Rand, Doosan, and Cummins engines.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, rentals, service, and parts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet branch performance goals in revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and build relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of equipment and parts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to company leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive growth in rental and service contracts, along with new and used equipment sales.
