Job Title : Field Service Mechanic
Reports To : Assistant Service Manager
Responsibilities :
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure personal and team safety at all times.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently, whether in the field or the shop.
- Use departmental references and service manuals for parts ordering and repairs.
- Pursue ongoing learning to enhance proficiency in construction equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized service truck.
- Keep parts inventory current and well-organized.
- Ensure all personal and company paperwork is up-to-date (e.g., CDL, physical card, logbook, timesheets).
- Be prepared for service calls at any time and location.
- Display professionalism when interacting with customers.
