Key Responsibilities :
- Cost and Operations Management : Efficiently oversee the operational aspects of our used truck division, ensuring optimal cost management and resource utilization.
- Sales Leadership : Lead our used truck sales team by example, driving sales initiatives, and exceeding targets.
- Talent Development : Foster the growth and development of our used truck sales staff, identifying and nurturing talent within the team.

Compensation :
This has a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary and commissions, with a guaranteed income during the first year. First year compensation has a range of $150,000 - $175,000 and a strong upside for a person who can grow this division.
