What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager - AG Dealer position at T3 Recruiters, LLC?
We are looking to hire a Service Manager for our agricultural, lawn and garden light (full sales and service) branch in Rocky Mount, NC. Must have 3 years prior dealer experience managing a department of minimum 5 people (including service and parts personnel).
- Base salary - $70k-$80k annually DOE (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential – $10k - $20k for those with the drive to perform, bonus paid quarterly.
- Specific Needs : Ag. / lawn and garden experience and solid customer service experience are necessary in this position!

- 401(k) Retirement Account – You will be eligible to participate in the company sponsored 401(k) plan. We match employee contributions at 50 cents on the dollar, up to a maximum of 8% compensation per year. There is a 5-year vesting schedule at 20% vesting per year.
