We are looking for a Construction Surveillance Technician in Norco, CA.
Summary
The scope of this effort is to acquire support services for Corona Division’s Corporate Operations Department and Chief Technology Office. Provide support in the following areas: Corporate Business, Security, CTO Support, Corporate Operations, Infrastructure, IT, Corporate Communications, Property Management, HR/Training.
Responsibilities
- Shall provide visitor reception support services to include encoding and preparing badges for access into restricted area turnstiles and buildings.
- Shall provide COMSEC support services to include assisting Government Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) personnel with inventory of accountable COMSEC material.
- Shall operate the Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) workstation, which produces IDs commonly referred to as CACs and teslin cards for military affiliations.
- Shall provide security escort services for visitors and employees who require physical access to areas but do not have sufficient clearance for unescorted access.
- Shall strengthen site access control measures by supplementing existing protocols to ensure only authorized personnel enter the work site.
- Shall ensure the escorted personnel comply with the physical access requirements of the areas they are escorted into.
- Shall continuously monitor all construction activities and personnel onsite to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Shall be formally trained as a Construction Surveillance Technician by an accredited training source at the time of task order award.
Requirements
- Minimum of AAS degree 3 years experience.
- Certifications: ICD-705 Overview & Fundamentals and ICD-705 Construction Surveillance Technician.
- Proficient in the use of computers and various standard commercial software packages used on-center (Microsoft Professional Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Adobe Professional, etc.).
- Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance - Required
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- 5 years of experience
